aw99 Responsible Gaming — Play Within Your Limits

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At aw99, responsible gaming is not an afterthought — it is built into the foundation of everything we do. We believe that online gaming, including cricket betting and live casino, should be a source of entertainment and not a cause of financial or personal distress. Our platform is designed for players who approach gaming as a leisure activity and who maintain full control over how much time and money they spend.

aw99 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that every registered player can access directly from their account settings. These tools are available at all times and can be activated immediately without delay. We also encourage all players to set personal boundaries before they begin playing, rather than after problems arise. If at any point you feel that your gaming habits are changing in ways that concern you, please make use of the tools described on this page or contact our support team directly.

Responsible Gaming Tools at aw99

The following tools are built into every aw99 account. Access them at any time via your account settings page.

Age Restriction and Verification

aw99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. This is not a guideline — it is a hard requirement. Players must be 21 years or older to create an account, make any deposit, place any bet, or collect any winnings. By creating an account on aw99, every player declares that they meet this age requirement and consents to age verification checks being carried out at any point during their membership.

aw99 may request documentary evidence of age at any time, including during the account registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers an age-related compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by the Bangladesh government. Accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be satisfied will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in those accounts will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Signs That Gaming May Be Becoming a Problem

Problem gambling can develop gradually and may not be immediately obvious. The following behaviours are common warning signs. If you recognise any of them in yourself, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account or to contact our support team for guidance.

• Spending more money than you planned or can afford, and finding it difficult to stop once you have started

• Chasing losses — continuing to bet in order to try to recover money you have already lost

• Neglecting responsibilities at work, in your family, or in your social life because of time spent gaming

• Borrowing money from friends, family members, or financial services in order to fund your gaming activity

• Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gaming, or using gaming as a way to escape stress or difficult emotions

• Hiding your gaming activity from people close to you or feeling shame or guilt after a gaming session

Visit aw99 Login and sign in using your registered phone number and password

2. 2
   Open Account Settings

Navigate to the Responsible Gaming section within your account settings dashboard

Select from deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion depending on what you need

4. 4

Review and save your chosen limits — they take effect immediately and cannot be reduced before the nominated cooling-off period ends

Self-Exclusion — Taking a Break from aw99

Self-exclusion is a formal mechanism that allows you to block your own access to aw99 for a defined period, or permanently. It is available to any registered player at any time and takes effect immediately upon request — there is no waiting period. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in to your account, make any deposits, place any bets, or collect any winnings. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming control available on aw99 and is intended for players who feel they need a meaningful break from all gaming activity.

To activate self-exclusion, go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings and select Self-Exclusion. You will be asked to choose a duration — options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be reversed before the nominated end date, regardless of the reason. If you wish to request permanent self-exclusion or require immediate assistance, please contact our support team directly at [email protected].

Tips for Playing Safely on aw99

Responsible gaming starts with the right mindset before you begin. Always decide on a budget before you start a session and treat that budget as the cost of your entertainment — not as money you expect to get back. Never borrow money to fund your gaming, and never chase losses. aw99 is designed to be enjoyed, and the best gaming sessions are those where you feel fully in control throughout. Set a time limit as well as a money limit, and stick to both.

Remember that all casino games and sports betting carry a house edge. There is no guaranteed winning strategy, and past results do not predict future outcomes. Approach every session knowing that you may lose your stake, and play only with funds you are genuinely comfortable losing. Keep gaming as one of many leisure activities in your life, not your primary source of entertainment or income. The moment gaming stops being enjoyable, that is the right time to stop.
