Any activity conducted using your credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you personally, and aw99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use where you failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

• 2.2Suspicious Activity

  If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aw99 support immediately. aw99 may temporarily suspend your account while investigating any reported security incident. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation and to provide any information or documentation reasonably requested by aw99 in connection with it.

• 2.3Account Closure

  You may request to close your account at any time by contacting aw99 support. aw99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon account closure, any outstanding balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on aw99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, with additional options periodically made available.

• 3.1Minimum Deposit

  The minimum deposit amount on aw99 is ৳500. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. • 3.3Fraud Prevention

If aw99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that any deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity involves fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct, it reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds, suspend the account, and report the matter to appropriate authorities. aw99 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation and may be required to withhold funds pending resolution.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through aw99 are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• 4.1Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aw99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• 5.1Collusion and Match Fixing

  Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, coordinating bets to exploit platform mechanics, or engaging in or facilitating match fixing in any sporting or gaming event is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law. aw99 works with game providers and sporting bodies to detect and report collusion and match fixing.

• 5.2Use of Automated Software

  The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself is strictly prohibited. aw99 uses detection systems to identify non-human betting patterns and will terminate any account found to be using such tools, forfeiting all associated funds.

• 5.3Money Laundering

  aw99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the platform to layer, place, or integrate illicit funds, or facilitating any financial crime through the platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Responsible Gaming

Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. aw99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance periods but accepts no liability for losses attributable to platform unavailability during either planned or unplanned outages.

Amendments to These Terms

aw99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially alters your rights or obligations — aw99 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by means of a notification sent to the email address or phone number registered to your account. Changes that are minor, administrative, or required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Services after any notified change takes effect will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should contact aw99 support to request account closure before the effective date of the change.
